Within four weeks of approving your claim, Hunter Douglas will mail you the appropriate rebate in the form of a prepaid rewards card. Funds do not expire. However, subject to applicable law, a $2.00 monthly fee will be assessed against the card balance six months after card issuance and each month thereafter.
